Quantity Surveyor
£30,000 to £45,000 plus package

Anderselite are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor, in Bristol, on behalf of a leading construction company, who have strong track record of successful projects and a reputation for delivering high-quality results.
You will report to a Project Manager through the projects commercial lead and will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of a project or a section within a larger project.
The role requires understanding the impact of commercial and technical changes at a strategic level within the customers industry.
Whilst taking the responsibility of planning the commercial changes in the project, you will also :
• Efficiently procure materials and off-site services as directed, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements
• Manage subcontract procurement per the schedule
• Handle subcontract invitations to tender, assess returns, and recommend appointments
• Monitor resources and costs, including scheduling, to exceed targets.
• Contribute to accurate and timely CVR reports and forecasts.
• Establish and uphold robust reporting structures.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
• Participate in value engineering activities, including change cost evaluations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
