Responsibilities:

Conduct accurate quantity takeoffs for brickwork projects, including materials, labour, and equipment requirements.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure accurate and efficient project planning.

Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify changes, and evaluate cost implications.

Prepare and review subcontractor packages and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing.

Candidates will have aa proven background in Quantity Surveying with some of this experience being focussed upon brickwork. You will be a strong communicator, adaptable and able to work within an established team
