We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our client-growing team which is based in Leeds. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience and will be responsible for managing projects within the Utility sector ranging from £500,000 to £100 million in value.
Over the last 10 years, our client has delivered successful outcomes across a multitude of sectors, including infrastructure, retail, residential, and leisure.

Responsibilities:
• Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects
• Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
• Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders
• Allocating work to subcontractors
• Providing advice on contractual claims
• Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments
• Liaison with public utilities and other third-party organisations

Requirements:
• Strong experience in Utilities and Infrastructure projects
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar - Essential
• Experience in NEC3/NEC4
• Able to demonstrate longevity with previous employers.
• Based in Leeds/near Leeds and able to work with Leeds clients.
• Flexible working hours and relaxed dress code
• Highways experience a plus
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Professionalism and client-facing experience
• Extroverted, expressive, and enthusiastic

Salary:
Up to £70,000 or more depending on experience.
