Anderselite are currently seeking for a Quantity Surveyor who has experience in managing all costs relating to civil engineering and infrastructure projects to join a dynamic and a leading infrastructure company.
Job Description
Whilst liaising with Contractors, suppliers, clients and Senior management, you will also be:
-Minimising the costs of a procurement and striving to achieve essential specifications and quality.
- Prepare and manage activity schedules, resource schedules and tender documents
- Manage consumer or stakeholders area of responsibilities
- Analyse, monitor and prepare internal report, financial reconciliations and all commercial progress and report to senior management
- Manage, negotiate and submit claims as and when required
-Responsible for ensuring realistic and accurate commercial performance from a commercial and contractual view

Key Skills and Qualifications
- BSc, MSc in Quantity Surveying or relevant experience
- Member RICS, ICES or CIOB (or working towards)
- Must have NEC experience.
- Possess high level of attention to detail
- Budget management
- Experience within infrastructure and confident in identifying commercial opportunities within any given project
- Must be flexible in hours of work and travel and hold a Full UK Driving Licence
