NEW ROLE Quantity Surveyor – AMP 7 - Clean/Waste Water projects – Northwest projects – Manchester based Office - £35 to £48k plus package - 07980006436

Client
My client has teamed up with some leading national construction and engineering giants and is now part of a £350Million contract, when completed, will be one of the largest strategic water infrastructure projects the UK has ever seen and will create up to 500km of interconnecting pipelines

Duties
· Providing support to Commercial Manager
· Ensuring contractual and commercial risks and opportunities are identified to the Project Director/Manager
· Preparing monthly progress valuations and claims for work completed within deadlines
· Producing monthly cost reports, forecasts, and Contract Budget reports
· Final Accounts
· Liaising with the Customer’s commercial team
· Ensuring effective and consistent implementation of the Companys commercial policies and procedures
· Ensuring registers of variations, delay, extension of time applications and claims are contemporaneous and maintained
· Producing records of pre-Contract tender negotiations & reports where necessary
· Review value management and advise on Risk management
· Prepare, review and complete of sub-contract documentation

Candidate
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline with
• 5+ years’ experience in clean or dirty water or civil engineering
• NEC3 / NEC4 contract knowing and experience
• Full clean driving license

Package
£35k to £40k salary
£ 4900 car allowance
Minimum contribution of 4% and will match your contributions up to a max of 10%
