Our client is a privately owned Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy with three offices across the North of the UK.

Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds.

You will primarily be based in the Leeds office with 2-3 days a week based from home and will be joining a progressive team that are working on some fantastic large scaled projects.

Initially you will be providing support across various projects until you find your feet, you will ultimately go on to having full ownership and autonomy. Working in the Buildings sector you will be looking after Residential, Apartment, Industrial and Leisure schemes valued between £10m - £40m.

Experience/Qualifications:

A minimum of 2-3 years post graduate experience
Achieved a Degree in Quantity Surveying
Chartered or looking to work towards RICS status
Ideally previous experience working for a Consultancy
Experience within the building sector would be desirable but not essential
