Property Surveyor

Anderselite are currently recruiting for a qualified Property Surveyor for a permanent opportunity with a leading real estate services firm to be based in Bristol. In this role, the Property Surveyor will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail properties / centres office and industrial units across the South-West, as well as potentially supporting in managing larger shopping centre instructions across the UK.

Your role will require you to liaise with Centre Managers and on-site teams whilst also monitoring and delivering high quality reports and analysis across key performance measures such as Service Charges /Data Management /Arrears/ Cash Flow/ Turnover Rents etc.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is MRICS qualified and has a practical understanding of day-to-day commercial property management. You will need to be customer service driven with strong and effective communication skills to be able to liaise with your client’s professional teams and forge strong and effective relationships.
