Project Running Architectural Technologist/Technician

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Running Architectural Technologist/Technician to join our team in Lancashire. Our practice specialises in a wide range of projects, including commercial developments, large-scale industrial facilities, and student accommodation. We are looking for an individual with strong technical expertise and leadership abilities to lead and manage architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design workshops to gather requirements and present design proposals.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role within the architecture industry.
• Strong design skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Commitment to professional growth and development within the organisation.
