Project Manager required with SC Clearance (or the ability and background to gain SC clearance) for large Capital expenditure construction programme for large facilitys in Stevenage. The role will be mobile with regular trips to Manchester and Bristol as well as other locations required by the business. When not required on site there is flexibility to work from home.

Skills and experience
• APM PMQ or equivalent PM qualification
• Degree qualified in a relevant construction subject or trade qualified to similar level.
• SMSTS or other H&S qualification e.g. NEBOSH
• Experience of delivering asset lifecycle projects across a property portfolio
• Understands and can apply CDM 2015 regulations to projects
• Understands the commercial lifecycle of a project
• Experience of delivering projects through their full lifecycle, concept to completion.

Essential
It is essential that the candidate is able to obtain SC Clearance.

Scope
The main purpose of the role will be:
1. Delivery of circa £1.5M of planned lifecycle work on an annual basis, accounting for time, cost, scope.
2. Support in preparing the lifecycle report for the following year
3. Develop and manage a team to secure larger Capital Projects opportunities on clients framework.
4. Stakeholder engagement and management
5. Be an integral part of the account management team
6. Produce, issue and present regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Full P&L responsibility for project delivery on the account.
