Project Manager - Commercial and Industrial projects
Salary: £70 - £75k per annum plus package (negotiable)
Location: Manchester
Type: Full Time - Permanent

Experienced Project Manager needed for a main contractor to oversee new build Industrial and Commercial projects in Manchester.
You will be a key member of the senior team in ensuring project deliverability reporting directly to the Construction Director. The role is predominantly site-based with intermittent office duties as such regular travel should be expected.

Responsibilities:
• Creating contract plans, safety plans, method statements, risk assessments, and other instructions for contract teams.
• Providing valuable input in regional management and planning meetings.
• Planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for contracts.
• Contributing to the development of company policies and procedures.
• Managing contract files and records, including submission and archiving.
• Providing accurate data for monthly contract appraisals and other reports.
• Staying updated on current contract forms, acts, legislation (NEC / JCT), CDM Regulations, and Employment legislation.
• Effective planning and scheduling.
• Maintaining accurate records.

What we require from you?
• Degree qualified or equivalent in a Construction-related discipline (completed or in progress).
• Proven experience dealing with a variety of forms of construction
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS Card.
• Experience in overseeing multiple construction sites in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid UK driver's license.
