Project Manager – London – Fit Out – Restaurant and Hotel Projects


Are you a project manager, from a fit out background , who has experience of managing restaurant , hotel , gym or high-end retail projects ?
AndersElite are recruiting for the role on behalf of a main contractor who specialise in the fit out of high-end restaurants, gyms and hotels across London.

Due to a significant increase in work, the contractor is looking to hire a project manager who is driven, commercially aware, prepared to work as part of team and will embrace the company’s family spirit.

In addition, the contractor is looking for people who work from their own initiative, be assertive and can push projects forward, but at the same time maintain high levels of professionalism and be client facing .

Project values range from £1m - £5m and are predominately based in central London.

Duties:
• Provide a strategic link between the design department, commercial team and site.
• Produce accurate, consistent, and professional records, reports and general information.
• Produce reports on job progress and remedials
• Compiling site programmes
• Allocation of resources
• Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project-by-project basis.
• Survey sites to mitigate problems and check viability of design.
• Ensure the product meets customer expectation in relation to build and finish.
• Manage and coordinate sub-contract and direct labour workforces
• Provide labour costing for various projects to determine feasibility and profitability
• Customer relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supervise and coach staff as and when development is required and

The contractor would prefer someone from a trades background who has managed projects in the leisure and hospitality sector, but a candidate with the relevant project experience from an academic background will also be considered.

The salary and package are negotiable and the contractor would like for someone to start sooner rather than later .
