Job Title: Project Manager 
Location: Rochdale
Type: Permanent
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus package

A Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an energetic Project Manager to undertake a pivotal role in ensuring project deliverability. You will be predominantly overseeing several facets such as customer relations, health and safety, quality assurance, environmental considerations, program adherence, and the cost-efficiency of operations.
The perfect candidate will ideally possess leadership and management experience with a Tier 1 main contractor.
Responsibilities:
• Providing dynamic leadership and fostering a culture of energy and commitment.
• Exercising meticulous control over preliminaries and project budgets.
• Ensuring the seamless execution of construction works within stringent timelines.
• Effectively managing pre-construction activities and upholding rigorous quality control procedures.
• Procuring and managing the supply chain with strategic acumen.
• Navigating and managing change dynamics with clients, company, and the supply chain.
• Proactively identifying and resolving challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Providing post-project aftercare services to the customer.
• Implementing and upholding the Companys Policies for Sustainability, Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental considerations, Training, and Development.
• Serving as an exemplar of the Companys culture and values.
Requirements:
• Degree qualified or equivalent in a Construction-related discipline.
• Professional qualification (e.g., MCIOB) bonus
• Proven experience as a Project Manager working on projects in excess of £5m
• Comprehensive understanding of several contract types of different contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT).
• Through understanding and implementation of Building regulations
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Project planning
• CITB Level 3 Safety Course
• CSCS Card (appropriate level)
• Competent using Astra Power Project
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
