Permanent Project Manager required for large new build apartment block in Manchester.

The project is set in a large brownfield site that is primed for future development over the next 5 years. This initial scheme will house 85 apartments split over two 5 storey blocks built next to each other. The buildings will be built in traditional masonry. Experience in this type of build would be beneficial. You will act as number 1 on site being solely responsible for the project, managing a directly employed team & reporting to a visiting contracts manager.

You will be working for a large regional contractor on behalf of their client. The project is valued in excess of £15m

We are looking for experience in:
• new build apartments - ideally traditional build/masonry.
• Strong experience with main contractors
• Ideally MCIOB/Degree Qualified
• Good experience as number 1 - lead Project manager on schemes valued in excess of £15m
