Job Title: Project Manager – Industrial and Commercial sectors
Location: NW region- site & office based.
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum plus package (negotiable subject to experience)
We are currently seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join a main contracting firm, taking the helm on New Builds and Refurbishments projects, primarily within the industrial and commercial sectors. This role entails a balanced blend of on-site and office responsibilities, necessitating regular travel across the region.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of works from cradle to grave involved in the construction or refurbishment of Industrial and Commercial buildings working on exciting projects inclusive of High Rise Towers and Student Acommodations.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with clients to take a full scope of works and ensure their needs are met throughout the project.
• Manage the project budget, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate with key suppliers and sub-contractors to deliver completed schemes on time and within budget.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a construction environment. Any recent experience of working on new build/refurbishment projects specifically on Industrial and Commercial will be favourably considered.
• Strong technical and design knowledge
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
