I am looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in general civil engineering to plan, execute, and overseeconstruction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all project activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing project budgets, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation, in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and support staff to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that construction work adheres to industry standards and regulations.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, changes, and issues.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently to optimize project performance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and other project stakeholders.
