Project Managers Needed!

Location: Leeds

Contract Value: £15-25 Million

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is a leading construction company with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality projects in the built environment.

You will specialise in Cladding solutions for high-rise buildings, ensuring that projects meet stringent safety and environmental standards.

You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of cladding projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with the project team, clients and sub-contractors to ensure that each project is executed on time, within budget, and in line with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

- Manage project budgets, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and implementing proactive cost-control measures.

- Lead a multi-disciplinary project team, providing clear direction, support, and performance feedback.

- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure open communication and effective collaboration.

- Implement and maintain robust quality and safety processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Prepare regular progress reports and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, managing large-scale cladding projects for high rise buildings.

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Strong knowledge of cladding systems, materials, and installation methods.

- Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations, health and safety legislation, and environmental standards.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
