We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join one of the UK's most successful and progressive construction businesses and lead the delivery of high-quality construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with experience managing complex projects from pre-construction to project delivery. Ideally they should have proven experience in:

- In-depth knowledge of up-to-date processes techniques and technology within the construction industry

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bid team, identifying design services needed, and reviewing employer requirement documentation. You will assist in the negotiation of design amendments and ensure comprehensive and appropriate appointment documents are in place for consultants and sub-contractor designers.
You will co-ordinate the production and distribution of design information, including sub-contract design, and report on its status at regular intervals. You will be responsible for ensuring the regular design meetings and subcontract co-ordination meetings are held and any problems regarding the delivery of design work or changes in the employer’s requirements are discussed and minuted.
We require someone with minimum 5 years site experience and desirable qualifications include a degree or technical qualification equivalent in engineering and CSCS Level: Contracts Manager Minimum.
