Job Title – Project level Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor

Contract length - Ongoing but guaranteed 4 - 6 months

Based in – Manchester with site visits (within an hour’s travel of Manchester based office)

The project
Two large-scale new build housing projects as well as new build low rise apartment blocks.

Candidate Essentials
Large scale residential project experience - essential
Both housing and apartment block project experience – essential
Must have worked as either a Project or Senior level Quantity Surveyor in a similar role
The ideal candidate will either be from a contracting or spec house builder background.
Candidate availability to start 1 to 2 weeks – essential

Rates £250 - £320 per day

The ideal candidate will be able to start in the next week
