Our client, a leading Major Multi Disciplinary Contractor is seeking to employ a Project Controls Manager to be based from their Leeds office working on a major Rail Scheme in the North of England.

In this position you will provide leadership and direction to the Project Controls Team, leading change control, reporting and risk delivery for the scheme.

You will be responsible for the recruitment of suitable individuals for the team and for the deployment of their skills against suitable works. Along with this you will ensure that the team fully understands the strategic direction of the project, evaluate threat constantly upskill the project controls team.

Candidates will ideally be chartered, educated to degree level or equivalent and will have worked on major multi disciplinary schemes for a major contractor within the rail industry. You will be a an expert in project controls, risk, change management and earned value and show effective leadership skills, management skills and be a highly capable communicator.
