Job Title: Project/Lead Architect
Location: Lancashire
Salary: Competitive

About the Company: Our client is a well-established, mid-sized practice in Lancashire. The practice has a friendly and supportive culture and is looking to add a Project/Lead Architect to their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects of varying scales, from small-scale extensions to large new-build hospitals.
Job Description: The Project/Lead Architect will work alongside over 80 knowledgeable employees in a family-feel practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects and ensuring their successful delivery, from inception through to completion. They will work closely with the client, the design team, and contractors to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion
• Liaise with the client, design team, and contractors
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
• Ensure that projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards
• Attend client and design team meetings
• Undertake site visits as required
• Prepare and manage project schedules
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements:

• Interest in working within healthcare sector
• Strong Revit skills
• Experience leading projects (if senior position)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a design-led practice
