Our portfolio is world class, and we are currently working on several exciting new projects including Gigaplants, F1 Teams headquarters, advanced manufacturing and R&D buildings, education, healthcare, workplace, and private one-off commissions which results in a diverse, growing, and exciting practice.

As the demand for our expertise continues to grow, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to join our 50-person architecture team who will have an opportunity to work on one of the largest construction projects currently in Europe, with future pipeline facilities planned.

Role and Responsibilities
Project Delivery – design leadership, leading multidisciplinary teams, work closely with clients to understand the business goals and to develop designs to support these goals
Carry out feasibility and option studies and design proposals for presentation and review, taking briefs and developing initial design proposals
Taking responsibility to ensure design proposals, meet building regulations and technical standards
Preparing design and access statements and managing planning applications
Inspection of building work on site
Management of multiple customer engagements, following clear processes to ensure project success
Develop customer relationships to find additional opportunities to develop business
Investigate different construction methods, alternative choices of materials and size and quality of the project
Experience and Skills Required
Strong design and technical skills – Revit experience is essential
Knowledge of UK best practice standards
knowledge of Dynamo, Uniclass 2015, IFC, BIM360
Experience in Industrial/Warehouse projects
Contract administration and site experience
