Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Purpose
As a Process Engineer you will play a critical role in our clients modular construction factory operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence by implementing and optimizing Lean processes and state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. Your contributions will be aimed at significantly improving safety standards, enhancing product quality, and boosting overall productivity. By focusing on the elimination of waste and inefficiencies, you will help our client maintain its competitive edge in modern modular construction methods. Your role will not only involve technical expertise but also require you to be a change agent who can instill a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on process improvement initiatives.
- Spearhead Kaizen events.
- Exhibit and impart an expert level of Lean methodology.
- Design and execute capital investment projects.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in modular construction.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Certified Lean or Six Sigma practitioner.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement.
