Your Role:

• Lead a team of up to 8 engineers, nurturing their growth and potential.

• Manage multi-disciplinary projects, finances, quality, and schedules.

• Collaborate with clients and partners to deliver sustainable, cost-effective solutions.

• Shape business strategy, drive innovation, and identify new opportunities.

Who You Are:

• Chartered engineer (or working towards chartership).

• Experienced in leading teams and complex projects.

• Confident communicator, able to influence clients and teams.

• A positive disruptor, passionate about continuous improvement.
