Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their Bristol region as a Pre-Construction manager on a permanent basis.

As Pre-Construction Manager you will be integral to the planning and preparation phases of projects within the Bristol region.

You will oversee project planning and preparation phases, ensuring accurate estimates, reviewing drawings for construction related issues. You will lead value engineering efforts, monitor cost trends and support business development.

+£85k + Package - inc car, benefits

+ To cover the Bristol region - travel around Bristol to be expected

• Responsible for the accuracy of estimates
• Review drawings and specifications and other documents making the project team aware of construction related problems and
potential risks
• Participate in the preparation of the construction schedule and resourcing requirements, plant and logistics.
• Responsible for the preparation of preliminary, schematic, design development and construction estimates during preconstruction.
• Monitor design development cost trends to detect any potential risks
• Participate in the value engineering process
• Support business development in proposal presentation
