Busy Architectural Consultancy with around 20 employees in practice are looking for a Planning Technician/ Assistant to complement their team.

Schemes are mostly Residential and Housing schemes up to planning stages so you will need to have experience in planning applications, planning drawings, floor plans and elevations and on the Housing/ Residential/ House Building sector side ideally. 

Photoshop is useful, Autocad is essential

Really you will have a keen interest in residential on volume housebuilders and some smaller regional developers as the work that this company does is on a scale of 30 plots and anything up to 3000 plots.

The role is essentially to work on housetypes, plans, elevations, colours, street scenes, presentation materials and cad layouts all for planning

This is a great role for an Architectural Assistant Part I, II or Architectural Technician with Planning experience.  Great training, development, mentoring, progression and salary and benefits.
