Planning Manager required for a leading national and international Construction company working out of Loughborough. They’re experts in building iconic buildings and are on many frameworks. Due to further project wins they now require the highest calibre Planning Manager to lead on a prestigious project.
The Role
Lead the project planning on a prestigious construction project.
Identify critical path, float, risk and opportunity
Establish effective planning processes Developing, maintain and manage all programmes and other time related and production control deliverables
Instigate what if scenarios
Report on and monitor progress and costs to determine trends and to assist in forecasting
About you
Have a demonstrable background in project and tender planning on construction projects upwards of £70m
Have experience of managing projects from a planning perspective
Have experience of the NEC and JCT forms of contract in planning
Be competent in using planning software particularly ASTA P6,ASTA,Ms project
Have a site management/PM or similar background
