As a result of prestigious project wins they are currently looking for a high calibre Planner join their Manchester based team. The successful candidate will ideally will be familiar with NEC form of contract.

The Role
To maintain, review and administer construction programmes and schedules
Produce programmes for contract requirements.
Liaise and co-ordinate work activity with external contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
Produce programme reports and information to support live construction projects
Liaise with planning manager’s, site engineer’s external contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to review the progress of projects and address issues
Present information in meetings
Work within NEC form of contract.

About You
Previous Construction Planning Experience, ideally 3 to 5 years
Ideally site experience.
Previous sector experience in industrial and commercial sectors
Experienced user of ASTA
Have NEC experience.
