Planner required for a construction company who have a strong reputation for delivery. They are experts in highrise sector. Current project portfolio includes a number of prestigious projects. Due to new work wins they are now looking for a Senior Planner to join their successful planning team on a permanent basis. This role is based out of Manchester/ Merseyside.
The Role
Assist in development of the baseline contract programme, covering all aspects of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Maintain administration of planning and programme documents to facilitate retrieval as required.
Utilising the common data environments
Provide all programme information as required support the management team.
About You:
Be planner already or site engineer with planning exposure
Ideally have previous sector experience in Highrise and Mix Use sectors.
Experienced user of Asta
Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales.
Excellent skills of programme development and implementation of project monitoring techniques including baselining & resource modelling.
