Planner required for an award winning tier 1 contractor operating across the construction sector. As a Planner you’ll join an established well regarded planning team and work on live projects and tenders in the education, health and leisure sectors. Due to more work wins, to an already strorder book, they are looking to recruit a high calibre Assistant Planner to work out of their Manchestng oer office. This is an excellent opportunity for a planner to really learn and develop as a planner with a very well regarded company and planning team.




The Role
Produce construction, procurement and design programmes for pre-qualifications, tenders and live projects
Research sites to determine appropriate logistics solutions and resources.
Write tender and PQQ responses
Scheduling labour, selecting of major plant and access equipment
Attending and presenting at client interviews
Preparing detailed working programmes
Recording relevant events for potential entitlement claims.
Reflect progress, event impacts and forecasts
Liaising with the rest of Project Team, adjusting project plans as necessary
Preparing project and activity feedback reports
Develop the companies planning processes and procedures.
About you
You will have:
Demonstrable experience in working on construction programmes
Experience on working on projects upwards of 25 Million.
Ideally Degree qualified, minimum qualification to HNC, HND level, or equivalent quals/ experience.
Expert user in Asta
Ideally have a site management / PM background
