Anderselite are currently recruiting for PART-TIME Finance Administrator to join a leading real estate services firm based in their Saffron Walden office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading team working in a role which will combine technical input whilst also managing a small team.

The purpose of this role is to provide pro-active and professional service on all day-to-day aspects of property accounting to the Cambridge Hub assets.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the books of accounts with regards to client properties under management and where appropriate properties that have gone out of management.
• Produces reports to meet the needs of clients, property managers and other interested stakeholders as appropriate.
• Respond to queries from Property Managers and Clients with regards to the financial position and bookkeeping of their property accounts
• Driving service delivery execution in partnership with Property Managers, Facilities Managers, and other colleagues as appropriate.
• Present financial data to clients, over the phone, by email and in meetings as appropriate.
• Listen and understand client feedback to provide timely and accurate resolution.
• Develop external network for business pipeline/opportunities.

Core Knowledge and Experience:

• 2+ years of practical work experience operation within property finance or in an environment which handles client’s money.
• Experience in accounting and financial management disciplines.
• Confident user of Microsoft office 365.
• Business report writing experience.
