Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Site based
Salary: £80,000 + Package
Reports to: Operations Director
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our fast-growing modular construction company. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects from cradle to grave, as well as supporting the Operations Director in the day-to-day management of current contracts management live projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and deliver projects from cradle to grave
• Support the Operations Director in managing current live projects
• Oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Provide leadership and support to project teams
• Ensure timely and accurate project reporting
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the construction industry
• Experience managing modular construction projects is desirable
• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification
• A CSCS black card is essential
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and solution-focused approach
• A degree in a relevant field is desirable

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering complex construction projects to a high standard.
