Part Time Office Manager - Bradford
We are working with a local maintenance contractor to recruit for a part time office manager.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 25 hours per week, 9am - 3:30pm with some flexibility on start & finish time.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (pro rota for part time hours)
Duties:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, handling enquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Managing our busy office calendar, coordinating schedules for maintenance team and ensuring timely job completion.
- Processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing office budgets.
- Liaising with suppliers, ordering necessary equipment and materials, and ensuring a well-stocked office.
- Recruiting, onboarding, training and supporting other staff.
- Maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
To be successful, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar office management role, preferably in construction / maintenance contracting sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A meticulous eye for detail.
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
