Anderselite are recruiting for a Supervisor to work nights on highways schemes Project across North London on a freelance basis.

Location: London, mainly North London
Start: immediately - on going
This is a nights role.
Rate: negotiable day rate  - inside IR35 Umbrella


A supervisor with a background in Tarmacing would be ideal but not essential.


• Managing labour, plant, materials and subcontractors on site to ensure that all construction activities are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with programme/works order, budget and quality requirements
• Ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies, processes and procedures.
• Leading and developing the site team to drive best practice and continuous improvement

The Ideal Candidate

If you as a Scheme Supervisor - Highways Surfacing have experience in road surfacing, we want to talk to you. You will meet the below requirements:
• Hold a construction qualification (NVQ 3) or a similar qualification
• CSCS
• SMSTS / SSSTS / IOSH
• Supervisory experience – preferably within the civil engineering industry
• Service Technical Knowledge

In the role of Scheme Supervisor - Highways Surfacing you will have a company vehicle and therefore you must hold a FULL UK manual car driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
