Mechanical Supervisor – Hams Hall Birmingham - circa Between 45,000 – 55,000 Per Annum. Starting April 2023!
AndersElite require a Mechanical Supervisor, with a strong trade background in mechanical services, to work as a mechanical supervisor based on site in Hams Hall Birmingham.
This is a Permanent position to join an expanding company based locally to site,
The main duties of the role will be supervision and co-ordination of plumbing, heating, chilled water, fan coil units, sprinkler systems and ductwork installations,
Payment is based on experience, approximately between 45/55,000
Candidates should have site experience of refurbishment and new build projects in the industrial and commercial sectors, and be able to interpret mechanical drawings and design layouts as well as being IT literate.
Applicants must have the SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) and up to date CSCS certification in order to apply, while a 1st Aid at Work certificate could also be required.
