Freelance Mechanical Supervisor with ‘a knowledge of Electrical’ required for large Battersea Development with Tier 1 Main Contractor

Our Tier 1 Main Contractor client has reached a pinch point in their Battersea Development where the workload requires additional Mechanically biased Supervisory support to oversee the subbies on a big push towards completion at Xmas 2023.

Would you be interested? The role is paying up to £400-£425 per day Umbrella PAYE (inside ir35) and is needed ASAP!

Must Haves:

CSCS

SMSTS

First Aid (desirable)

Mechanical biased background with Electrical knowledge 

General Duties include:-

• Functional testing of communcal areas, sections and apartments

• Checking sign off subcontractor Risk assessments and method statements

• Weekly progress meetings

• Daily permitting and access planning

• Providing detailed technical support

• Quality checks

• Commissioning & testing

• Management of all sub-contractors within chosen sections

• Snagging

• Attending sub-contract meetings

• H&S

The right individual will have experience of large scale projects, with residential and office experiencer, knowing how to drive these types of jobs to a close. This is an URGENT requirement so availability within a week would be ideal.
