Anderselite are recruiting for a Mechanical Site Manager to manage mechanical services on an office space refurbishment (all on 1 floor).

The manager will be looking over the following installations:

• Domestic services & sanitaryware
• VRF AC
• Primary ventilation inc. new AHUs

As the manager you will be site based reporting directly to the project manager and liaising with the client and sub-contractors on site.

You will need an in date SMSTS/SSSTS as a minimum and first aid would be an advantage as well as any HVAC qualifications.

This role is due to start 22nd July, CIS or umbrella weekly pay.
