My client one of the UKs largest Facilities Management companies are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to maintain a grade listed building in the Central London area.

the role is to undertake Reactive, preventive and PPM works following KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities include:
* Pumps
* Boilers
* Commercial PPM Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA
* FCUs
* AHUs
* HVAC plant

The roles is 4 on 4 off and is paying £22 per hour.

You must have recent experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in a hospital environment.
