Mechanical Chargehand required for 9 month project in central Manchester.

We are currently looking for an Mechanical chargehand to join a large office refurbishment project.
As an Mechanical biased chargehand you will be overseeing site trades including plumbers, pipefitters and ductfitters.
Suitable candidate will have relevant construction background and good supervisory experience

Other duties Include:
• Inspecting mechanical systems, pipework and equipment to ensure they are safe and functioning properly
• Fixing mechanical faults or replacing parts
• Adhering to strict safety regulations
• Working on a construction site, liaising with the site project team and sub-contrcators on site.
• SSSTS & CSCS & First aid certification are required
