Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Brandesburton
Sector: Manufacturing, Modular
Type: Permanent Role
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum*

**Base salary negotiable on level / relevant experience**


The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance market position and brand awareness in the sustainable building sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy Management: Oversee the content plan to support brand and product awareness.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and execute strategies for generating and nurturing leads.
  • Sales Support: Manage inbound requests from the sales team and ensure marketing alignment with sales objectives.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee the management of the website and digital assets to ensure brand consistency.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage and expand the customer base.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement.
  • Collaborative Material Creation: Work alongside Graphic Designers to create compelling sales and marketing collateral.
  • Agency Collaboration: Brief and collaborate with external agencies for PR, web development, and design projects.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of annual marketing strategies and budgeting with the Head of Marketing.

Experience, Qualifications & Training

  • A marketing qualification with at least 3 years of experience or a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing without a specific qualification.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing across various platforms.
  • Experience in working with graphic design, PR, and external agencies preferred.
  • Background in construction or technical industries is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with HubSpot are beneficial but not essential.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel to Cambridge twice a month, with a valid driving license.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a proven track record in digital marketing. Experience in the construction or technical sector is a plus, along with the ability to use digital design tools and CRM software. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners are essential.
