Anderselite are currently seeking a Managing Building Surveyor for a Global Construction Consultancy in Exeter.

Whilst supporting the team based in Exeter and Southampton, you will also
- Helping further develop our opportunities and growth within a chosen specialism, e.g. healthcare, education, etc.
- Helping compile scopes of work and production of design information including drawings.
- Contributing to project planning and execution.
- Working collaboratively on large scale survey projects.
- Liaising with your senior colleagues to ensure technical deliverables are delivered on time to the client requirements.
- Attending sites under and conducting accurate surveys
- Undertake all matters relating to the agreed training plan.
- Mentor junior team members

Key skills and Qualifications
- BSc (Hons) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree or similar/MRIC qualified Building Surveyor
- Experience in pre and post contract in projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- An effective and reliable team member.
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
- Driving licence and willingness to travel
- Maintain and develop client relationships.
