Vacancy- Maintenance Electrician

Location- Manchester area (Covering approx 30 miles radius)

Job Description:

• Provide Planned and Reactive Electrical Maintenance across multiple sites & sectors
• Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Repairs and Installation works
across various asset types such as but not limited to:-
- Lighting systems
- Electrical Distribution Boards & Associated Circuits
- Fire & Intruder Alarm systems
- Pumps, Motors and associated Control systems
- Building Management Systems
- PAT Testing
- HVAC systems
- EV systems
• Fault finding and repairs on electrical equipment & systems

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3, AM2, City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
• Previous experience in Electrical Maintenance & Installation
• Ability to maintain and repair a range of electrical systems to recognised standards
whilst working with minimum supervision
• Ability to repair and maintain a range of equipment


Package:

• Salary £36,563 per annum (£18.75 per hour) plus On-call payment of £1950 per annum for being On-call 1 week in 4.
• Overtime paid at 1.5 x hourly rate (time and a half) after 37.5 hours worked.
• Normal hours will be 08:00 – 16:00, from Monday to Friday.
• 30 minutes travel time each way per day in their own time.
• Company Van provided by the company.
