Our client is a public sector organisation and are looking for a M&E Surveyor to join their current team on a contract basis.

You will be assisting in the design, design review, on-site inspections, M&E stock condition surveys and reports (especially regarding life cycle surveys) review of Operational & Maintenance information and certifications.

You will have a minimum of HND/HNC in Engineering and have gained at least 3 years experience in new install and planned/preventative maintenance works. Experience Experience with project design, project management, estimating and ideally of an Estates background.

This role is initially on a 6 month contract basis with a view to this being reviewed depending on the work load going forwards.
