I am currently seeking a Freelance M&E Sub Agent/Agent for a Civils M&E project in West London.

Within this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Produce / Approve Lookahead programmes, WPPs and RAMS
• Ensure packages of works are delivered on time and in budget
• Management of sub contractors
• Ensuring H&S is followed at all times
• Developing and cultivating a collaborative working relationships with client and stakeholders.


The ideal candidate would have as follows:

• BSc, HNC, HND or vocational equivalent within Construction / Engineering or related discipline
• Previous experience as a Sub Agent, Agent, Senior Engineer or similar
• Previous experiance within Mechanical and Electrical (M&E)
• Previous experiance with pump systems, treatment plant, water systems or similar
• CSCS
• Couple of references.
