M&E Site Manager Mechanical bias required for 12 month large scale office fit-out project in Manchester.

We are looking to recruit a freelance Site Manager from an Mechanical background, to work on a £18m office refurbishment project. The M&E value will be £7m.

You will be working for a large main contractor, be site based, overseeing the Mechanical side of the project as part of a large site management team. The fit-out will be to CAT B standard, so recent experience of fast track office refurbishment/fit-out projects will be required.

It is essential that you have a strong Mechanical background, and have recent M&E and building services experience, ideally working with a large main contrcactor previously.

The programme for the project is scheduled for 12 months and will commence late January/early february.

Minimum qualifications required are CITB SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS.
