M&E Quantity Surveyor - 18 month contract - Burton on Trent - £300 per day (outside IR35)

AndersElite are recruiting an M&E Quantity Surveyor with experience working within building services, to support a large ongoing project on behalf of our client, a leading M&E contractor, based out of their Burton on Trent office.

This role will be to support a Senior QS with contract administration, procurement and sub-contract accounts and is on an NEC4 compliant contract, so candidates must have experience of contracts of this nature.

The project itself is a large energy from waste facility with adjoining communal areas which is valued in excess of £20m for the build.

Immediate start is available and the role would extend for 18 months.

Payment is expected to be based on a daily rate of circa £300 per day depending on experience and the position has been adjudged to fall outside of IR35 regulations.

The job will be office based in Burton on Trent and working hours will be typically 8.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday. Occasional site visits may be required for which expenses can be paid.
