M&E Project Manager – Permanent – London – circa £65-75k – Start December 2023 – January 2024

AndersElite are seeking an M&E Project Manager on a permanent basis to work for a key client in and around the Greater London area.

This is a permanent position (available December 2023 onwards) and will offer a salary, depending on experience, of approximately £65,000 to £75,000 per annum plus an attractive company benefits package.

Our client is well established in the UK building services market, so this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving business with a guaranteed future workflow within the government funded carbon neutral framework.

The first project is based in Richmond and is a site based role, five days per week (Mon-Fri), on a de-carbonisation project. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all elements of the mechanical and electrical works, specifically installing air and water source heat pumps, electrical generators and connecting pre-fabricated plant rooms.

The M&E Project Manager will be responsible for managing the site installation team to deliver the project which is expected to last until April 2024. Following this there will be more projects to manage in the Greater London area.

This position is available from December 2023, with applications welcome from candidates who are either immediately available or serving a notice period with their current employer. If so, a January 2024 start date can be accommodated.

It is advantageous for candidates to possess a degree / HNC in Building Services or any other technical qualifications, including SMSTS / CSCS for site management, although all applicants will be judged primarily on their previous experience.

Although candidates should be primarily mechanical and electrically biased, any understanding of general civils, façade or roofing works would be a great advantage.
