Anderselite is currently working with a well-established multi-disciplinary practice.
They have an exciting opportunity for motivated and experienced Landscape Architects at various stages of their career to join their creative and friendly team in Yorkshire.

The client is working on a strong pipeline of large-scale residential and renewable energy developments, in addition to a varied workload encompassing the eco-tourism, commercial and industrial sectors.

The role
Working as part of the team, the successful applicant would be involved in a broad range of Landscape Planning, Assessment and Design projects. You will deliver or assist in the delivery of Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) and the design of high-quality, multi-functional open spaces that promote amenity, ecology and Sustainable Drainage (through SuDS).
The successful candidate will work as part of a friendly, supportive and dynamic team but also be given autonomy within their role. You will work alongside in house Planning Consultants, Civil Engineers, and other environmental specialists on projects across the UK. This role is predominantly desk-based, with hybrid working and occasional site visits.

Qualifications and Requirements
• A degree and post-graduate diploma in Landscape Architecture
• Chartered Member Status of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or that you have post-graduate experience and are working towards the LI Pathway to Chartership
• Good design and verbal communication skills and ability to advocate the importance and value of design and place-making
• Self-motivation and the ability to contribute effectively to all aspects of the profession (landscape planning, design and management) including familiarity with the Guidelines for Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (GLVIA3)
• High-quality graphic and IT skills including AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ideally a good knowledge of GIS mapping-based systems and 3D modelling software
• Excellent communication skills, excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently
• UK practice experience at all levels
