Anderselite are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join a friendly and supportive team working flexibly from a Cheltenham set up. Within your role you will carry out duties of the following types:

• Project manage small landscape projects, from inception through to implementation.
• Work with colleagues to establish the landscape design team as a place of design excellence and take the lead on maintaining a high level of design quality within the office.
• Assist the production of illustrative design information including landscape strategy plans and landscape masterplans, to support a range of developments including residential and industrial uses.
• Assist the production of landscape planning reports, as well as input into site promotion documents and design and access statements.
• Assist the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications, including detailed planting plans for planning purposes and for implementation of external landscape works on site.
• Follow good practice by e.g. updating company templates and staying abreast of changes to relevant design codes/standards
• Assist with the day to day management of your designated company office and provide support to junior staff members.
• Liaise with stakeholders, external project team members and clients.
• Represent the company at meetings, public consultations and exhibitions etc. with colleagues.
• Undertake site visits.
• Maintain chartered status or actively pursue chartership.

This position would suit someone who has:
• Previously undertaken and assisted the design and design development of projects, working in collaboration with inhouse and subconsultant teams.
• Worked at a range of scales, from planning design, master planning and to detailed construction design.
• The ability to take a lead role on smaller design projects with support from more senior members of staff
• Chartered membership of the Landscape Institute with a minimum of 2-5 years’ post chartership experience.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD/Vectorworks/Keyscape and strong experience with the Adobe Creative Suite.
