Anderselite are currently working with a design-led practice with a buoyant workload and a genuinely broad range of interesting projects and clients. Their purpose is to provide clients with intelligent and beautifully designed solutions in all aspects of landscape architecture through a passionate, knowledgeable and holistic approach.

They work from a superbly positioned office set within the Wiltshire area, from where they have good access to London, the Midlands, the West Country and the south coast and where they are surrounded by the Cranborne Chase AONB, The New Forest, The Solent, and the South Downs National Park.

The client has a large diverse range of projects that they work on throughout the whole of the UK, including major mixed use, leisure and commercial schemes, public parks, schools, public realm, masterplanning / urban design, LVIAs and residential developments at varying scales.

They currently have a position for an enthusiastic, proactive and genuinely talented landscape architect to work and grow with them. The role will involve working as a key member of the design team, managing projects from inception to completion, and working with the support team to ensure profitable, high quality outcomes.

Candidates will need to possess a full driving licence and should demonstrate a broad range of skills and abilities including:

· A highly responsive, positive, friendly and collaborative attitude.

· Initiative and self-motivation.

· The ability to work with the team and to organise both your own and your team's workload.

· Excellent design flair and creativity, coupled with a practical approach.

· Good hand drawing ability and graphic skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate communication in written and spoken English.

· Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. Experience with SketchUp and Keyscape would also be beneficial.

The ideal candidate will be CMLI and have at least 5 years' experience post-graduation. Candidates should have a proven track record of developing projects from imaginative concepts, through to detailed design and implementation. Technical ability, good plant knowledge and solid contractual experience is also required. An interest or dual qualification in urban design and masterplanning is also desirable.
