Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Site Labourer to join our dynamic team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a valid CSCS card and previous experience in factories or commercial building projects. As a Site Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction activities, ensuring the site is safe, clean, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of the construction site, including clearing debris, setting up temporary structures, and ensuring the site is ready for building work.
Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials around the site as required.
Support Tradespeople: Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, bricklayers, and electricians, by providing tools, materials, and other necessary support.
Site Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site, including the removal of waste materials.
Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any hazards or incidents to the site supervisor.
Equipment Handling: Operate basic construction equipment under supervision and ensure tools are properly maintained.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the site manager or foreman to support the overall progress of the project.
Requirements:
CSCS Card: Must hold a valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
Experience: Proven experience in commercial building projects is essential.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to handle the demands of manual labour, including lifting heavy materials.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
Reliable: Punctual, reliable, and committed to the role.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
